3 Astral Projection Secrets to Help You Astral Travel Tonight

The steps behind astral projection and learning how to achieve astral travel successfully can be difficult. The reason why, is simple. We make astral projection more difficult then it really is to do. Our minds have an uncanny ability to over analyze everything. The main reason why we do so is often because we fear going outside of our comfort zones. 1. Manage Your Physical World. This secret to astral projection is about the steps we take before we begin our attempt. Make sure you will not be disturbed during your exercise. Nothing can be more distracting then reaching those early sensations, only to have someone come in the room and blow your efforts. Also if your feeling stressed, take the time before you attempt astral travel to reduce your stress levels. Stress can have a big role in your success. By taking some time ahead of your session to think about the stresses in your life and relaxing and reducing their impact in your life can help you be more in tune.
